The second annual caucus of the Realistic Balance Party will convene on Memorial Day at 7 PM at Klekolo Coffee World on Court Street in Middletown.
Agenda includes:
Amendment to allow members of the Independent Party of Connecticut to have voting privileges in the Realistic Balance Party of Middletown.
Discuss nominations for municipal office in the upcoming election.

Rule change:
1.4) Members of the Independent Party of Connecticut are granted full voting privileges in the Realistic Balance Party for those members who are also electors of the City of Middletown.
